REQUIREMENTS

Vaccines are required for all grooms.

Vaccines must be up to date with a clear vet heading and description of dog. Required vaccinations are RABIES, BORDETELLA AND DISTEMPER

Vaccines are required by NYC Department of Health

if you have a EXEMPTION LETTER we will also require a letter from vet with proper heading and date . MUST BE RENEWED ANNUALLY .

We DO NOT accept any dogs over

13 YEARS of age

LATENESS + PICKUP

LATENESS:

Being late more than 15 minutes may result in us needing to cancel your appointment. After 15 minutes the appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. We reserve the right to keep the DEPOSIT FEE. Please remember we book each grooming appointment time based specifically on your pet so being late sets back all grooming appointments.

PICKUPS:

Our staff will always give you a text or call 15 minutes ahead of time for pickup. We request that you pick them up between that time frame. We reserve the right to charge a late pickup fee.

SIT IN GROOM / MATTED
SIT IN GROOMS:
we understand having a very nervous pet and wanting to sit in during grooming appointments. We can provide that service but do have some rules that need to be enforced. Anyone sitting in during the groom must be 18 years or older NO EXCEPTIONS. The sit in service can ONLY BE DONE Monday to Thursday as you cannot be in contact with other dogs in the grooming area. WE MUST ALSO BE TOLD AHEAD OF TIME AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE GROOMING STATION IF DOG IS EXTREMELY NERVOUS IN OWNERS PRESENCE.
MATTED DOGS:
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRETION OF GROOMER BASED ON COAT CONDITION, TEMPERAMENT AND SIZES. MATTED DOGS REQUIRE EXTRA TIME SO PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AS WE ARE WORKING AT A SAFE PACE FOR YOUR PET
